Kenny Ellis Scholarship
Kenny Ellis was a Monroe Firefighter who died from brain cancer, which developed over his long career. Due to his cancer being caused from fighting fires, his death was ruled a line of duty death. He loved the fire service and served for 28 years. He is missed greatly by both his Fire Service family and his family at home. This scholarship is our way of honoring Kenny. The scholarship is solely for those interested in pursuing a career as a firefighter/EMT. Below is a printable scholarship application.
